In an effort to promote the achievement of personal educational and leadership goals of District 38 Toastmasters and fulfill the D38 mission our District Governor has appointed Jim Samuel, DTM to serve as District 38’s DTM Coordinator.  The Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation is Toastmasters International’s highest honor.

The DTM Coordinator is the main point of contact for D38 Toastmasters who have set their sights on achieving the DTM designation.  The DTM Coordinator will serve as a resource to provide guidance, information, project suggestions, progress monitoring and mentoring to D38 Toastmasters focused on navigating the path to this highly esteemed communication and leadership goal.
