REFUND POLICY

All purchases, contributions, or other donations processed by Toastmaster District 38 (“TMD38”) website are considered non-refundable.

If you pay by credit card, you expressly authorize TMD38 to charge the credit card account number associated with your Account for any TMD38 charges that you incur.

TMD38 is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust, and accordingly maintains the following Privacy Policy to protect the personal information you provide online.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
We only use your personal information to help us service your request, to improve our services to you and to inform you about additional products or services that may be of interest to you.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. In addition, TMD38 will not send you e-mail that you have not agreed to receive. We may occasionally send e-mail announcing new products and services. You may request not to be contacted in connection with any updates, promotions, or newsletters by using the "opt-out" method included with the particular e-mail.

Will TMD38 disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
TMD38 will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

How does TMD38 protect customer information?
When you place orders we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information input before you send it to us. Furthermore, all the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Is there anything else I should know?
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online-for example on message boards, through e-mail or in chat areas-that information can be collected and used by others. In addition, the privacy policies of other Web sites will vary. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of the Web sites that we link to from TMD38 site. In short, if you provide personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. It is ultimately your responsibility to maintain the secrecy of your personal information to the extent you feel comfortable. Delivery Method and Timing

A confirmation email will be sent and registrations will be held at the registration table at the conference (not mailed out).
