Presence and Poise: Mindfulness Practices for Speaking Confidence - Part 1

Join us for an empowering two-part workshop, during which you’ll refine your speaking skills through mindfulness practices. Discover the power of presence and poise to captivate any audience. In this workshop, you’ll learn:
