It is time for all members to nominate the District Office candidates we'd like to see lead in the upcoming 2010-2011 Toastmaster Year.

Nominations for the John E. Foster, DTM Award

This annual award is given to recognize a District 38 member who exemplifies the Toastmasters Vision
and Mission. It is presented every spring at the District 38 Conference. Jack Levitt, DTM, last year's honoree, is the chair
of the committee. Nominations are due by March 1, 2010.

There were fourteen clubs who earned 5 or more DCP points by the end of December 2009. This qualified them for a chance in the drawing for a full package to the District 38 Spring 2010 Conference. The drawing was held at the District Executive Committee meeting on Saturday, January 16.
